Charming stay with unexpected warmth
The hotel's ambiance is enchanting-freshly restored with historic charm. Breakfast was a good feast amidst lovely garden views, with invigorating live piano music to set the tone.
A bit more space for clothes storage would be appreciated for couples sharing.

Had amazing experience.
Plenty of food at the breakfast, I really enjoyed bread, cereals, and pastries. The hotel was placed in the very central location close to the city centre. Moreover, it was short walk to nice restaurants and bars as well as the Old Town and the Antwerp and the airport.

Hotel is very personal and the rooms are all different.
The only issue we have, is that there is no light in the hall where the wardrobe and the safe are, so you had to open the bathroom to get enough light to see.

Perfect fit for a holiday in Antwerp, definitely value for money. The room was nicely decorated but missed some basics like slippers. Check out nearby restaurants for good food.

This hotel had a charming atmosphere with historical architecture that caught my eye immediately. The breakfast buffet offered quality options like freshly scrambled eggs and pressed orange juice, though I wish there had been a bit more fresh fruit and vegetables. My Superior Double Room was spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, yet I found the bathroom layout to be a bit compact. The bed was super comfortable was great, but I did hear some noise from guests in the hallway during the night. Staff were helpful. The location was ideal, close enough to the old town for easy access to bars and restaurants while still being on a quieter street. The underground parking services came in handy but at an additional cost.

Hotel is right in the centre on a quiet stereet. There is a very nice breakfast / tea patio which unfortunately is only open in the summer. Hotel is extremely clean and the stuff is very friendly and helpful. There is good wireless internet connection and complementary coffee and tea in the breakfast room
Room was freezing cold, the tv was tiny 14" and the lightbulbs were missing making the room very dark.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They had a beautiful courtyard/garden and a 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby that could make all kinds of coffee and tea drinks. The breakfast area and selection were great and it was close to the main parts of Antwerp and the Kulminator.

Beautiful interior design, Unique building history, Engaging staff service
Noise from other guests can disrupt your peace!!! Difficulties with room temperature can leave you too warm or too cold!!! The lack of air conditioning in some rooms could be uncomfortable for summer travelers!!!

The hotel looks well maintained, cozy and clean. The location is very central in Antwerp near all the main tourist attractions, restaurants and the main shopping avenue.
Paying for parking seems a little overrated.
